Most of our clients are already equipped to effectively support Global's products. The minimal technical requirements are commonly found nowadays on most computers.

Desktop Requirements

Global Healthcare Alliance’s minimal recommendations for individual PC’s or workstations include:

• Processor: 586

• Speed: 1 GHz clock speed

• RAM: 1 Gb

• Available Disk Space: 20 Gb

• CD-Rom or DVD Drive (optional)

• Super VGA (1028x768) or higher video adapter and monitor

• Keyboard & Microsoft mouse (or compatible pointing device)

• Printers (contact Global for Network requirements and solutions)

Operating System (OS)

Global Healthcare Alliance recommends an operating system of Windows XP SP2.

Internet Browser

Global Healthcare Alliance recommends the use of Internet Explorer (IE) 6.1 or higher with a 128-bit encryption.

Connectivity

A T1 or DSL connection is required;Global offers recommendations to dial-up customers for connection upgrades.
